Mary is the most persistent, helpful, joyful, encouraging and just downright likeable agent we have ever had. Mary Elizabeth Smith (realtor with Long Realty, Tucson) was recommended to us by a good friend who retained Mary to help him sell a single family home and an adjacent empty lot in Pinal County. Mary helped us to sell a vacant lot in the Catalina foothills HOA that we had owned for a long time. We live outside the US for part of the year and this was our very first real estate sale so we needed a lot of guidance. She was extremely thorough in putting together and explaining for us the mass of relevant contractual documentation and in advising us as to relevant disclosures to the buyers. She also put together a list of comparable lots in the area and her diligient selection allowed us identify the clear advantages of our own lot in comparison to the others. This, in turn, helped us quote a better price than initially expected and to convince the buyers that it was justified. Under her guidance a set of excellent drone photography was produced for "our" website. Soon our offer went live and an acceptable bid was received soon thereafter. Most of the preparatory work had to be coordinated across various time zones and she never got tired of contacting us after hours and on weekends. "Not an obstacle!" The transaction closed just a short while ago and we were very happy to see this transaction go through despite all kinds of administrative obstacles due to my non-resident status.
