Mary was on top of everything for us we are in ohio and was selling our cabin in Sevierville , A big THANK YOU MARY. We will buy another property in the future do to my medical issues.
Mary is a very hard working and very professional in every way. She will guide you correctly and give you her honest opinion on the property you are looking at.
Mary has always gone above what we expect from her. She stays up to date on things and texts us. We have used her 3 timea. She is an exceptional realtor and would give her all our referrals. She has become a friend as well. We live Mary
Overall we had positive experience with Mary. She is personable and friendly.
There were a few instances when Mary’s inexperience was evident and instead of taking the time to determine the information needed she replied with, “I don’t know.” Or “I have not had experience with…” While those are reasonable and honest answers it was surprising when there wasn’t a follow up of, “I will find out and get back to you.” Two examples included questions about mail away closings and when we asked about if she could recommend a local person for potential repairs that came up during the inspection. We also never heard from Mary after closing, communications just stopped, which seemed odd.
Mary is incredibly easy to work with and highly responsive. When no other realtors were willing to help me with a property I had questions about, Mary stepped up and made it happen.
MARY worked for over 1 year with us to find our Tennessee property we looked at several options and areas. She was a wealth of knowledge of several areas and houses and condos as well as townhouses. We purchased a townhouse since we still live part time in Ohio. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARY IN THE FUTURE AND WILL USE HER FOR OUR PERMANENT RETIREMENT HOME.
Mary is a pleasure to work with. She is very attentive to the needs of her clients and alleviates the stress that goes with the home search/buying process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a property in East Tennessee!
