Mary Jo was great. We appreciate all that she did to sell our condominium.

Mary Jo handled everything. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better agent even though we knew many. She has worked in our building and now I know first hand why she is so successful. She made everything seamless as we are out of town and was extremely professional every step of the way.

Mary Jo is a professional who goes above and beyond to assist her clients. I was overseas at the time of the closing and she made sure to keep me posted, answer questions and reassure me throughout the process.

We loved MaryJo, she was so attentive with us, always looking for our interests as if it were her’s. Definitely she was a great agent and negotiator

Mary Jo Chambless is a real professional. We were fortunate to have her as our realtor We would use her again. We highly recommend her for others selling their house

Ms. Mary Jo Chambless is a very reliable and professional agent and has been very helpful in both of my purchases at The Manhattan and would highly recommend her to any potential customer. Thank you.

Mary Jo did an excellent job once again. I met her and used her to buy my first condo with her in 2017 and she has always been helpful and courteous at all times and has worked well to be the best Realtor I have ever used.
