Mary Ivey Stewart is the most professional, knowledgeable, responsive, warm, and accommodating realtor I have ever encountered. She prompted us on all things important - what to look for in the house we chose, contractor contacts for some upgrades we wanted done, utility and NC real estate information we needed to know, and more. We moved to Cary, NC from MD, and she happily agreed to open the house we chose and stay while various contractors came in to assess the state of the HVAC, structural integrity of the house, etc. When we lined up contractors to provide estimates for the work we wanted done before moving in, she happily returned.
