I want to thank everyone that participated in my Steps training and CE classes. I also want to give you a BIG THANK YOU!! Your words of encouragement is what I needed to make this all work. I will continue to strive to be the best agent I can be.

I want to take a moment to thank you for your encouragement and leadership regarding the Steps to Success Training program offered at Corporate. I appreciate your professionalism and your insight on building a successful career at Sibcy Cline. The classes made a difference and I believe they provide the agents with the tools needed to build a succesful business. I would highly recommend the Steps to Success training program to other agents. There is no question that Sibcy Cline is the company to be affiliated with, and I am proud to be a part of your team. I feel confident that I will succeeed in this business, and it helps to know that I have a team to help accomplish my goals. I just wanted to send you a quick note thanking you for all you do for the Steps program. I feel like these classes set such a solid foundation for my career. I came in fairly skeptical because I had a pretty robust sales and marketing background, but there were so many insights I gleaned from EACH lesson. I cannot say that there was one day that I didn't learn something that I will incorporate into my business model. I hope I can pay it forward someday by teaching new agents the skills I have picked up in the field.

The classes, topics and presenters were excellent, full with great information. I enjoyed the steps experience very much and I will keep in touch with you and everybody I met there.

I thoroughly enjoyed each Steps class and am so thankful Sibcy Cline offers them. Hondros taught me NOTHING real life related, besides a bunch of rules and laws. I would be totally lost if not for the Steps classes!!!

Thank you for all the help and information you have given me and others during our sessions in Steps. I have taken all the information to heart, and use that information every day. It's nice to know we have the right people in place to support us in our new careers.
