Working with Mary Ellen Cox was a delightful experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the difficult ordeal of finalizing the sale of the estate.
MaryEllen is the best! She helped us secure a winning offer on a beautiful house in the College Hill neighborhood amid a very challenging market. She was always reachable, always responsive, and a pleasure to work with. She even helped us secure tradespeople to do some work immediately upon closing. If you're looking for the perfect historic home, like we were, MaryEllen is as good as it gets!
Mary Ellen is just superb. We can't say enough positive things about her. She is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. She responded immediately to any questions we had and explained everything in detail. I would actually think of her as our friend.
