Mary Clancey did a superb job helping us through every step of the process, making it easy to prepare, list and sell our property. We were impressed with the listing she created, particularly the photos and the property description. She did this quickly and independently so it was very easy. There was some clean out required, but she had a resource to get this done efficiently. Her preparation resulted in an excellent offer that closed smoothly. We are most appreciative!
