Since Mary Ann came to my dad's house she very helpfull in helping him understand what to expect and was able to answer all our questions and concerns It was wonderfull. Mary Ann was there with us through out. She got other agents involved which brought alot of attention to the house which was tough to sell due to hmo requirements. She made numerous calls to hmo and got things done that we as the house owners were unable to do. Mary Ann also work hard on seeing that we could recruit some of our losses in the sale of furniture since dad over payed for the house in the long run.
