Marvin is the best! We were first time home buyers in a crazy market, and I don't know how we could have done it without him. He helped us understand and navigate the process, and was able to craft some creative deals for us given the current market and our capabilities. His experience and knowledge had us feeling comfortable the entire time. He never gave up on us, even if sometimes we felt like giving up ourselves. The hard work and persistence paid off, because we were able to find a dream home that's been perfect for our family. The ONE downside to finding a home is that we won't get to see Marvin as often. We highly recommend Marvin and will absolutely work with him again whenever that day comes!
