Jane was a wonderful realtor! There was nothing she wouldn't do both to help us find our dream house (which we did, after 4-5 months of looking) and to help me sell my mom's house. She made herself freely available for questions and texts, and she was very good at pointing out all the steps and things that need doing when you are selling a house. She had pros and cons for every situation, and she didn't tell us what to do--simply offered advice based on her years of experience as a realtor. She guided us through a difficult purchase (we were under contract for 4 months before closing), and she also helped us make sure we asked our lawyer all the right questions. Jane is a seasoned realtor who shares stories and experiences, cares about her clients, and has a great sense of humor too. She read every report and document we received and offered advice and guidance about how to respond. Jane's greatest strength is that she truly wants to help you figure out what your goals are with buying a house. Buying and selling a house is a complicated, stressful business, but Jane was there for us every step of the way.
