Thank you for listening to what we wanted in a new home and being patient with us until we found it. Then from there walking us through the steps in making moving in a reality. Thank you!

I had used Martha as my Agent previously and was overwhelmingly satisfied with her performance and chose her again for my sale and purchase during these turbulent times with the market and rates ups and downs. She brings to the table, not only her knowledge and expertise in Real Estate, but knowledge of the Charlotte Metro area, and more specifically York County. There isn't a community or development she isn't personally knowledgeable about and always watched out for our best interest thru stressful negotiations on both purchases and sales. If I had to describe her, it would be, "Second to None" in what she does.

Working with Guynn was great as usual. I would recommend her services to anyone needing realtor services.

Martha and Guynn have knowledge of the Fort Mill market that is unparalleled in the industry. Their lifelong experiences in the area provide insight beyond that of an "outsider" agent. If you want to buy a house in Fort Mill, work with Fort Mill people. Its that simple.

We are so appreciative of Martha and how easy and enjoyable she made our first time home buying experience. She listened to us and really prioritized our needs in a home. We would choose her over and over again!

From start to finish we knew that Martha and her team had our best interest in mind. Within a few visits to homes she knew what we wanted better than we did and it removed so much stress that can occur during the home purchasing process.

Martha was AMAZING to work with. Purchasing a home in Fort Mill these days is tricky with limited inventory but Martha worked tirelessly to stay on top of things that were up and coming and secure appointments quickly, sometimes with little warning. She was very knowledgeable about the area and schools which was very helpful. She made the whole process a breeze and we appreciate all her hard work and diligence in helping us find our dream home! We worked with Guynn once when Martha was unavailable and she was great too. Also very knowledgeable and a great advocate of the Fort Mill area.

Where do I start? My wife and I had an amazing experience while purchasing our forever home. Martha and Guynn’s experience and established relationships truly gave us an edge over other buyers. It was vital in helping us secure our home. They made needed repairs on the property we were selling easy to complete with their network of handymen. The attention and care we were shown made us comfortable with our decisions and negotiations. Being able to call, text and email them to ask questions at any time, day or night, was the extra detail that set them apart from other realtors. They communicated effectively and promptly responded or created a plan to mitigate issues that arose. If you want a “blue chip” team to assist you, consider them. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Martha and Guynn; we’re grateful for your services and new found friendship.

We cannot say enough about Guynn! She worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home! We were first time buyers and Guynn was always available to answer any questions we had (and we had A LOT) and was so patient with us. She explained each step of the process thoroughly so we had a good understanding of what was going on. We are so blessed to have been able to work with her!

Guynn is the very best
