Mark worked with us to buy a simple house. Even though it was a small purchase, it was complicated, and Mark worked tirelessly to make the purchase go as smoothly as possible. He made himself available even when on vacation in Japan. Mark is an extremely pleasant person. He is honest and strikes the balance between being both positive and level headed. Mark worked to make sure we had all the contacts we needed to continue forward with the house even when his role was completed. I have been disappointed with the professionalism of many realtors in the Hudson Valley. Mark's work and character are head and shoulders above most realtors.

I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Mark Haldeman and his team at Rand Realty to purchase my new home recently. I felt so effectively supported and guided during this first time purchase of a home and the process was so efficient and streamlined that it made it an even better dream come true for me. Truly an honor to have such valuable people to work with. So grateful for their professionalism and dedication to the process.

We had been searching for a home in the Catskills for more than a year and had several frustrating experiences. Mark was wonderful from Day 1. He helped us strategize a winning offer, and was extremely responsive afterwards when we needed access for inspections, etc. and He helped facilitate communication with the seller, getting quick answers to our questions. The closing process was quick and stress free. Plus he's a great guy...honest, ethical and focused on doing the right thing for his clients.. We are glad we got to work with him and to get to know him as a friend.

Mark was wonderful to work with. His calm energy kept us grounded during what can be a hectic process (buying your first home!). Mark was always available, answered all our questions, advocated for us, and kept us on track to the finish line.

PURE MAGICK!! I had three agents prior to Mark, I assure you that I saved the best and most competent, honest, authentic, fantastical realtor for last... Not one complaint! Diligent, professional, cultured, eclectic, genuine and superior communication skills.. Mark is very heart centered and that's why we got along so well... Utter joy working with Mark.. I share Mark's information/business card at least once a week on my co. page: Scanlon's Traveling Salon (fb).. Mark is supercalifrajilisticexpialidociousssss!!! Feel free to use me as a reference, any time... I shall sing your praises!!! Eileen Tacchetti 516-477-0469

Mark Haldeman was a fabulous help from start to finish in selling my home. He knows the area and is extremely well-connected in Kingston. He was able to recommend everything from plumbers to electricians in the area, as well as hooking me up with the best real estate lawyer and home inspectors working in Kingston. In addition, his sunny disposition and can-do attitude was extra welcome during the difficult weeks of putting my home on the market and then waiting for it to sell. He was a pro throughout and I would (and will!) highly recommend him in future.
