Marilyn was our realtor for selling my sister’s house in Pelham which closed in December, 2020. With her many years of realtor experience in Alabama, Marilyn was very forthcoming about exactly what needed to be done to get the house ready for listing. First off was a Property Inspection by a reputable inspector which she arranged for within a day after we engaged her services. This was a 38 year old house and needed electrical work to meet updated safety codes, replacement of a worn out and outdated HVAC system, and roof replacement to make this house marketable. Marilyn knew experienced professionals who could do good work at fair prices and that’s exactly what we got in record time. Marilyn’s high energy level, get it done attitude and uncompromising integrity were instrumental in making our house sale a success.

My aunt passed away in December and when we were ready to sell her home, Marilyn was there every step of the way. Living in Louisiana, it was difficult to make the trip back and forth to Pelham.
