Eunice Rancy fell in love with the world of Real Estate over three decades ago after buying her first home and being intrigued by the entire process. She took that intrigue into the mortgage industry, working as a loan processor and loan officer. Eventually, Eunice opened her own mortgage brokerage firm. For over 14 years she helped people realize the American Dream of home ownership, before becoming a full-time Realtor. Eunice and her family moved to Mannheim, Germany, where Eunice began homeschooling her three children, following her husband’s civilian position with the U.S. Army. Later, the family moved to Seoul, South Korea, where Eunice continued to homeschool her three children and served as founder/director of the Humphreys Area Home School Co-op. Upon completion of their four-year tour, Eunice took her passion for mortgages and homeownership to the world of real estate in Northern Virginia, where she currently resides with her family
