Amazing and extremely helpful ! Very honest and transparent!!! Would highly recommend Marian to my closest friends and family anytime they need real estate .

I met Marian because she was my Mother’s realtor and she was confident enough in Marian’s abilities to help me buy my first home. She was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions easily. You will not regret having Marian as your real estate agent!

The thought of selling my home was daunting and I didn't know where to begin. My neighbor handed me Marian's business card along with her personal recommendation and we were “off to the races”! Marian was professional yet down-to-earth from the beginning and thanks to her many skills the house sold almost immediately! Marian is obviously knowledgeable and experienced and it showed in the staging, photography, and marketing she oversaw. She was on top of all the large and small details and I believe you would be in GOOD HANDS with Marian whether you are buying or selling. Best of all is that she is a wonderful person!

Marian was recommended to us by two friends who had used her as their agent in several real estate transactions. My family and I were also very pleased with her as our agent. Marian was knowledgeable and helpful. She made recommendations that we followed and were happy with the results. She was very thorough and prompt. When we contacted her, she was always quick to respond.

We had a wonderful home buying experience with Marian Szewc and strongly recommend her for any real estate needs. Her extensive knowledge, strong community ties and calm, straightforward approach made the entire process smooth and stress free. Moving to Southern Oregon from another state along with transitioning from an urban to rural setting, we had many questions and a lot to learn very quickly. Marian was exceedingly patient and thorough answering those questions, ensuring we felt comfortable through each step. She has a network of local trade professionals with whom she shares mutual respect. They offered insightful input and sound advice on any of the more technical questions regarding the property. Marian is extremely professional, calmly efficient, very knowledgeable and openly communicative. She was a true advocate for us through the purchase of the property we now lovingly and happily call home.
