We came across Maria because she was able to quickly schedule a viewing for us we or any one else could. And from that day forward our home search became very easy and a breeze. Every house we wanted to put an offer Maria helped either her research and investigation. And after we found the home she helped was with every step of the way; lawyer, inspector and so on. It was a pleasure working with Maria and we can’t begin to express how pleased and happy we are to have met Maria. It was our first home but still it is clear that Maria Koral is one of if not the best in the business!!!!

It is not that I would necessarily rate BH a 10, but rather Maria Koral! My partner and I have engaged Maria on 5 real estate transactions over the last 6 plus years, and she nails it every time! She is thoughtful in her strategies maximizing our returns and securing the best offers possible. This last transaction was especially challenging since we now live out of state and had to complete this transaction from afar. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this sale as Maria handled all the logistics of coordinating smoke detector testing, meeting inspectors etc. She consistently goes above and beyond assisting her clients any way she can. I am just sad that she doesn’t have her Colorado license to work with us going forward!

Maria is our go to person for managing both purchasing and selling our homes. So far 2 purchases and 2 homes sold. Maria provided guidance on best practices for pricing and we did very well on both homes that we sold in Massachusetts. We had offers within a day or two after they were placed on the market.
