"We cannot say enough great things about Maria. My wife was barely five months pregnant and we were doubtful we would find a house, much less a home and neighborhood beyond our expectations, in January with historically low inventory in town. Maria's knowledge of the Greenwich marketplace and deep connections immediately put us at ease and ultimately led to finding a dram home in an extremely competitive market. From first introductions to our closing, and beyond, Maria's guidance, perspective, and strategic thinking made us so grateful for having her as our broker and advocate. We highly recommend her!"

Maria worked tirelessly on our behalf, in a challenging real estate market. She is a true professional with expertise in all areas of selling a home. There was not a question that arose throughout this process that she couldnt answer or resolve with input from another source. Maria also knew how to adapt as our listing time increased, adding cosmetic updates, well-timed price reductions and staging to increase interest and ultimately to close the sale. Finally, Maria is a lovely person who was a pleasure to work with throughout this entire process.

Maria is truly exceptional! Ours was a year-long search throughout southern Connecticut during which Maria helped us to learn more about each town and ultimately end up in the right place for us. She brought in other market experts if a particular area was not her specialty - and helped us narrow down our real estate criteria so that, in the end, we were looking for something that really fit our dream. Maria puts real thought and effort into an assignment - her thought-provoking questions led us to the right solution - and then her excellent reputation and market insight helped to establish credibility and led to a contract in the midst of a competitive bidding war. Subsequent to closing she remained fully engaged and proved extremely helpful sourcing (and vetting) vendors. We would recommend Maria without exception!More Less

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Maria as we first found a rental home and then we worked with her again to find a home to buy. She is a fabulous agent with excellent local knowledge, but most importantly, she is a good listener. By listening to my husband and I talk about what we wanted in a home, Maria was able to accurately pinpoint our priorities and find the perfect home for us. She was responsive, professional and reliable throughout the process. It was such a pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her in the future.

Maria is the go-to realtor in Greenwich - she intimately knows the market, comps, pricing, negotiation...everything! For example, she came in with a realistic but still optimistic listing price that proved to be within a few percentage points of the final agreed price. She is also reasonable and honest - you can trust her opinions & gut instinct - an important quality in a town where everyone tells you what you want to hear.Lisa H

Maria Crowley is one of my favorite real estate professionals. Within three days of listing our house with her, we had an offer from a buyer and signed a contract less than ten days later. She was just as attentive and involved during contract negotiations and the subsequent inspection and closing process. My favorite quality about Maria is that she remains calm and professional in all circumstances. While dealing with the sale of our home, she also found us the perfect short term rental property, showed us multiple homes in the neighborhood to which we hoped to relocate, subsequently sold us our new home -- and helped me to lease new office space! I would highly recommend Maria to both buyers and sellers. She is organized, trustworthy, efficient, knowledgable about the market and a great all around person. We are very grateful for all of her help.

Maria is kind, resourceful, and responsive. Always had our best interests at the forefront. Completely trusted her and loved working with her!! We were looking at places in CT while living in NYC and she was able to accommodate our schedule and be patient with our year-long search.
