Maria is amazing is every way. First she truly cares about everyone in the office. She is supportive and makes herself available for you and your questions, concerns, suggestion etc. She is a perfect match of professional with her knowledge and counsel, and truly a carrying friend to all in our office. She will make time for you to help with office and work related issues, or just to chat about something on your mind. I am so glad she is leading our team. As a realtor and long time administrator myself, I appreciate her in everyway. Thank you Maria and blessing to you always.

Maria has been an inspiration to our office. She came on as our new manager and has demonstrated professionalism, dedication and commitment to the agents and staff. Marie has brought new fresh ideas and because of her years of experience reinforced the tried and true. Maria is always positive and encouraging while reminding agents of doing our due diligence and staying within the bounds of ethics.

Maria has served as a mentor and leader for me for approximately 8 months now. I can't say enough good things about her. She is extremely knowledgeable in both leading people and in real estate. She is a great communicator and always gives you responses to questions and explains in full detail. I truly believe Maria always has her agents' best interest in mind. She makes the office both fun and inspirational.

Maria cares about her staff and sales team She is always readily available for questions and concerns; when not in the office she is available by.phone, text or email. If she does have an answer, she will diligently work to get one as soon as humanly possible. A great leader

I've been in the real estate business for 48 years and I can tell a "true" leader. Maria fits that description. She is knowledgeable in every part of our business to be able to help you solve solutions to a transaction. She also is open to new ideas and is flexible which helps make this Cherry Hill office so successful.

Although Maria is fairly new to our office, as a manager, she is far from new in this business. I have worked with her over the years, when we were both sales associate, where we were on the two sides of a transaction. I could tell then, that she totally knew the ins and outs of getting a transaction to settlement, no matter what it took. THAT is what makes her now, a great office manager. She knows the business, so she can answer most any question an agent might have, and/or help her sales associates deal with any issue that might come up. This is exactly what is needed, from an office manager!
