From start to finish, Maria and the whole Sibcy Cline team went above and beyond our expectations in our home buying experience. I never thought it would have went as smooth and painless as it did. Thank you to all that was involved.

I enjoyed working with her she helped me wherever she could very good realtor I must say

Maria Gangl did everything in her power to help me sell my father’s house. When he passed I was left with quite a project in regards to the house. I hadn’t got much help in what to do and how to go about everything, but Maria went above and beyond what was expected to help me get the best deal I could. She even helped with other things I was having trouble with figuring out and I could not have done any of it without her. There was such a weight off my shoulders with her help, and we got the house sold in less than 24 hours!! Thank you so much Maria for everything you’ve done.

Maria did an outstanding job listing and selling my Mom's house this past summer. After my father passed away in 2021, getting my Mom's house ready to sell was quite hectic with over 60 years of accumulated "stuff" to sort though. Once it came to time to sell, Maria made it quick and easy. The recommended sales price was perfect and the house was sold at listing price within a couple of days. All of the paperwork was made simple and the closing further simplified by conducting my Mom's portion at her Assisted Living facility. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, detail oriented and responsive Realtor!

Maria was outstanding. She was very patient with us and understood what we were looking for. Maria went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend her to those we know. Thank you Maria for all you did for us.

Maria was amazing in every way! Every time we found a house we wanted to see, when we went to see that house any day of the week. She is very organized and had all the information we needed for every property we saw. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!

I want to say that working with Maria has been an absolute pleasure. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable realtor. Every question or concern I had was addressed with the utmost respect and curtesy. Be assured that she has been the most professional and patient realtor that I have every worked with. She is truly dedicated to helping all clients in their search for their homes and I will always be grateful for all she has done in our journey in finding just the right place to call “home”. Keep up the fantastic work Maria….you’re the best!!

My experience working with Maria as a first time home buyer couldn’t have been anymore flawless! She was there for us through and through until we closed on our first home, and there afterwards. She made our process enjoyable during a very stressful time of our lives. We will forever work with Maria for any of our future house buying needs!
