I only spoke with Maria once or twice because my primary contact was her twin sister Nina Damiani, and Nina was awesome. She knows the market, was very informative and had some great suggestions. She is also super responsive and apparently doesn't even sleep while away in Sicily based on her responsive texts at 2 am or later (her time). I would recommend her without hesitation. Her Fordham pedigree was also an added bonus.
