Maria was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job in guiding us through the process. This was a very smooth process.

Maria Tyrjan was wonderful to work with. She was always available and very knowledgeable. She definitely went above and beyond to help get us into our new home. We can't thank her enough for everything she did. Kevin & Karrie Nork

I have now bought two houses and sold two houses with Maria. My husband and I would not want to work with anyone else. She is the best! One thing that stands out about Maria is her responsiveness. I know if I call, text, or email she will get back to me right away. Maria is extremely knowledgeable and became a go-to person for me when I had questions about my sale. I would HIGHLY recommend using Maria to buy or sell a home.

Maria Tyrjan was very professional and walked me through every step of the way. I will never use any other realtor.

Maria did a get good job of helping me sell my house. She was very professional. She became a second pair of eyes in prepaing my house for sale and watching it until the closing. I believed she treated my house like she would treat her own house.

It was an absolute joy working with Maria. Maria went above and beyond during every step of the home buying process. When I would send her an email or text message I always had a response within 5 minutes, even after business hours! Maria is also extremely knowledgable. As a first time home buyer, there were many programs out there for me to take advantage of. She was able to give me information about these programs. Maria was also willing to work around my schedule. This made it easy to schedule things such as showings and inspections. She was always early to our appointments and never made me feel like she was in a rush to leave. Maria made me feel like I was her only client. This is what makes her an amazing real estate agent. She is extremely patient, caring, and trustworthy. This, along with a plethora of other reasons, is why I would recommend Maria to ALL of my family and friends. THANK YOU Maria!!!!

Searching for a new home in a new state can be challenging, especially when you know very few people in the area. My family started our new home process by browsing through various listings via Zillow. Finally, a home caught our attention where we were interested in viewing it. It just so happened that we were contacted by Baird & Warner about the home and Maria was the agent that showed us that home. Ever since that first home viewing (and countless viewings thereafter!), Maria has been an abundance of help, patience, and support in assisting us find our first home in Illinois. It was by pure luck that we met her and we are so grateful that we did! Anyone working with Maria will immediately recognize her passion for her work and dedication to her clients. She always made herself available to us (day or night) and always went above and beyond our expectations. She made the entire process effortless and smooth from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her!
