With Margie's many years of experience in realty and home decor, she was a true blessing! We are so grateful for her insights and professionalism towards our recent sale and the purchase of a new home in Yuma. We would definitely recommend her.

Margie gave me excellent advice along the way including any repairs that would maximize my selling price. Even though interest rates are going up and the market is cooling, we had an accepted offer within one day…and over asking price. Just an overall great experience!

Our agent was wonderful. 1 She brought in decorations and a some furniture to help the house look cozy and welcoming. 2 Every time she showed it she made sure the house looked it’s best. She also called and let us know how the showing went.! 3 She scheduled work men and let them in. She advised us when work needed to be done, yard work , tree trimming and the inside needing dusty and the floors cleaned or vacuumed. 4 She replied quickly to texts, email and phone messages. 5 She was always positive and encouraging. The she is Margie Dellabetta. She was amazing and I am so thankful for all the help she gave us.

We can’t say enough good things about Margie Dallabetta. She has sold two houses for us and was able to negotiate for a price that exceeded our expectations. In addition, she helped us build a house with invaluable advice for choices of paint, tile, carpet and window treatments, in addition to decorating our new house. We couldn’t have done it without Margie. She is both professional and knowledgeable about real estate and we have recommended her to several of our friends.

This is our 14th home purchase. With a total of 19 moves since 1976. Margie Dallabetta is truly an exceptional realtor. From the moment we 1st contacted her regarding a property, we saw online. Until Margie showed us the home we would eventually purchase, as been an outstanding & positive experience. Margie listens to her clients & works in their best interest. Our mortgage company, commented how refreshing it was to work with a true real estate professional. Her detail orientation is a welcome to us. As well as her immediate responses & follow up via text, email and/or phone is truly appreciated. ALL Long Realtors (an AZ tradition), should be trained by her. We would recommend her to anyone wishing to purchase and/or sell property in Yuma County.

Margie went above and beyond. I was relocating and starting a new job...Margie took care of scheduling all of the inspections and setting me up with great professionals post-closing, too.
