I enjoyed working with Margaret. She is professional, responsive and respectful. Everything you would want as a buyer!

I am an agent that represents a different agency from Margaret's affiliation. I've worked with her briefly, however, the matter had a difficult context. Margaret handled herself with professionalism and grace. Having dealt with several MSC agents in my time as a realtor, I give Margaret a solid 10 plus on how she deals with a customer and possible situations. Margaret is a very emotionally mature person who has great communication skills.

Great gal. Gets it done! Sold…

Margaret responds quickly to any requests with details. Even if out of town we still get listings and quick responses. A real pleasure to have her as our realtor.

Margaret was superb helping us along the way in our home purchase. She was patient as we figured out our priorities and then advocated hard for us when we found the right home for us. She was punctual and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend her!

Margaret is the same as when I met her 6 years ago when she helped me find my first house in Venice. She is the same today, gracious, professional, kind and thoughtful. She is very prompt and listens to what I have to say and my thoughts. She always finds an answer should I have questions. All in all a professional with my interests at heart.

Wonderful. Margaret is very helpful and responds quickly to any requests. She quickly understood her needs and put us in the right direction for homes that would work for us.

Margaret is an exceptional realtor. We were in Florida from Connecticut searching for a seasonal home. From the beginning of the process she listened to our initial home requests and found a variety of homes to meet our wishes. As the process continued our home expectations evolved and changed. During this search Margaret was readily available to guide us through the changes. A week later we found the ideal home and Margaret negotiated an excellent purchase price. We highly recommend Margaret Kennedy!
