I was in Hanoi when I learned from Mary Ann that closing on the lot had been completed. That was ironical inasmuch as the money we used to purchase the property had been earned by my year of slogging and fighting in rice paddies, remote villages, jungles and cities a few hundred miles south of Hanoi 42 years ago. It wasn't a lot of money but it seemed like a lot to a recently married couple about to begin a family--and it was hard-earned. Since Mary Ann contacted me to let me know the sale had been completed, we've had time and cause to reflect on the many years that have passed since we purchased the land. We both agree that the most pleasing aspect of the entire process was having met you, if only by phone, fax and email. Your dedication and determination in supporting us was remarkable in many respects--not the least of which were a lot of hours and aggravation for such a small return. You are a true professional and wonderful at what you do. It's always nice to meet good people. Mary Ann and I convey our sincere thanks and deep appreciation. We will be forever grateful. 

My husband and I worked with Meghan at Ski Country Real Estate this summer, as we were interested in purchasing a condo before the next ski season.  Meghan was amazing, and luckily for us, incredibly patient.  I doubt we would be considered the dream buyers that a realtor would want to deal with as we initially waffled between a house and a condo and we regularly showed up to view homes with both kids and dogs in tow.  She never batted an eye and she made us feel like we were long lost friends, even going out of her way to engage our children who miraculously enjoyed the process.  Most helpful was her knowledge about the area and her willingness to listen to what we wanted.  In addition to the condos that we asked to see, she showed us several others that she thought would meet our needs…and we bought one!  Meghan was always very timely with her communication and had wonderful recommendations for services to use (lawyer, inspector), which was so helpful since we live out of state.  She was there every step of the way and made the entire buying process stress-free.  Even after the deal was complete Meghan continued to assist us as she graciously agreed to help my younger brother and his girlfriend locate their first apartment together and she also provided a lovely housewarming gift that was waiting for us when we arrived at our new condo.  We have had a number of real estate transactions over the last 20+ years and Meghan and the team at Ski Country put all of our other experiences to shame.  I would highly recommend working with her and Ski Country real estate to anyone interested in purchasing or renting in the Killington area.      

Meghan, We just wanted to drop you a note to express our sincere gratitude for all your help in selling of condo at Highridge. It took a long time and a supreme effort on your part to stay with it and get it completed. We knew from the beginning when we bought the condo with your help that you were the only one we would work with when it came time to sell it. What you had to go through in the dealings with the other agents and the buyers would have sent most agents running for the door. Even when out of state, you worked tirelessly to make sure our sale was completed and our best interests served. When all is said and done, it was your effort that finalized the deal.
