I met Maggie during an open house back in June when I was visiting Florida and thinking of buying a property here. She was like a God send angel at that time. We met at the property she was showing and ended up talking a lot. I loved her personality and we click at that time, and what i loved more is that she is not a pushy person. She listens to you. After going for different viewing and meeting different realtors, I took a chance and decided to go with her. I think that was the best decision I have ever taken in a long time. I lives out of town, so she kept me informed on the house market till I was able to come back to Florida. Maggie is patient, an excellent listener to your likes, really caring person, and very detailed, and very important she keeps into the budget you tell her, and she is a very good negotiator (very important). She just doesn't find you a house, she makes sure you love the house before making the decision. She sits with you no matter what and makes you compare the results of the day. If you are not sure, she offers to look at the place again so you can choose well. She looks and find things you never thought of lookin or finding. I am very glad I met her and decided to work with her. As a realtor you Rock, any one will be lucky like me to have you helping them to find a place. I loved the place we found, and it was your dedication, patient, and perseverance that made that happened. You are an Angel. I was looking to purchase a condo In Broward or Palm beach county when I was lucky enough to meet Margaret while she was in our neigborhood on other realty business..I informed her that i was in the market fo a condo She was so pleasant and helpful and took me to many places with the amenities that I was looking for.
