I'm finally settling into my new condo and I can't stop talking about how grateful I am for the help of my realtor, Mr. Marcus Whiteside. I know my situation had some unique challenges but he handled every hurdle with such professionalism and grace. From connecting me with a great inspector to navigating that last minute issue. Marcus went above and beyond for me and was such a steadfast advocate for me. You're more than just an agent; you're a miracle worker. I'll be referring you to everyone I know. Your communication was always consistent and timely. Easy to contact and always took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you for your patience with me. With immense gratitude. Pamela Napier

There was great concern from start to finish. Updates given on a regular basis and offers for help or questions, asked in each conversation. Truly happy with his service. Thank you again.

Very satisfied with the service and professional business attention given at all time.

Marcus is very knowledgeable, transparent, patient and a great communicator. The process can be a bit much at times, but he was there to walk us through every step of the way. Top notch and highly recommended!👍

Marcus made sure I got to take my Just closed picture.😀. This guy handled my indecisiveness and doubt with clear experience and professionalism. He asked me my end goal and went to work. If he didn’t know the answer, he got it immediately. I didn’t have to do anything, but get to the showings. He even came out in a slight snowstorm because I was so excited to purchase my first property, I had to see everything, he obliged. Marcus Whiteside for the win!

Marcus as a realtor and as a human being is amazing. He helped me and my wife find the house that was for us. He's very knowledgeable about the business, he will educate you on what to look for and how the market is and will be with you every step of the way and when he does not have an answer he will direct you to the person that might help you or he will find an answer and come back to you with the same. Thank you, Marcus, for making us, one happy family.
