Great Service, friendly, provided answers to all our questions. Fun. Marcia Hunziger is a gem! Looking forward to a lifetime friendship.

In a hard time with high interest rates to sell a home Marcia kept us encouraged & guided us in good decision making to get our home sold!

As first time homebuyers we appreciated Marcia for helping us along our way with all our questions! It was a quick and easy process working with Colonial Realty. Highly recommend them! Thank you for helping us find our home we love!

Showing the property in a timely manner and awareness of a glitch in the legal description helped avoid a potential problem. Very helpful in dealing with issues as they arise.

Marcia was honest, friendly, and reliable. She helped us purchase a house while we were living out of town. She gave us tours via FaceTime and was easy to schedule. We are very happy with our new home. Highly recommend working with Marcia Hunziger!
