Best Service ever!

Loved my agent!

Loved working with Marcia and Crye-Leike. No missed steps, no surprises and everything happen on schedule. Couldn't be happier.

Marcia is just wonderful! We relocated before the closing of the house and Marcia went above and beyond to make sure things went well at the house.

Marcia was fantastic! From meeting with inspectors, termite, pool people to taking time to let our contractor check out the house, she went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Marcia is awesome! She did a great job helping us navigate the prep work before listing, perfectly assessed the listing price, and did an excellent job negotiating offers. She kept us updated through the whole process and made us aware ahead of time what the next step was going to be so that there were no surprises. This is the second real estate transaction with Cyre-Leike and we would definitely use them again. We have purchased and sold multiple houses over the past 40 years, and this was by far our best experience.

The $185 charge to the buyer is ridiculous. My agent graciously paid it for me

Marcia Hughes is the best!!!

Love Marcia Hughes.

I can't say enough good things about Marcia Hughes. Selling our house during the pandemic could have been difficult, but Marcia was up to the challenge. Our house sold the first day that it was on the market. We could tell immediately when we contacted her that Marcia is very experienced. She knows the market and uses all the marketing tools at her disposal to sell your house. She kept in contact with us, never letting us be surprised by the next step in the process. She is very professional; yet, friendly and warm. I would highly recommend Marcia to anyone who needs to sell or buy a house.
