Marc and Helena were terrific. They are both very knowledgeable, approachable, professional people. They made the pre-and post-sales process very simple and stress free. I had relocated to Florida but still had several things I wanted to do to my condo before we put it on the market. Marc and I decided which ones were important and he took care of letting the painters, cleaners, water filtration maintenance people, and carpet installers in to do their work. All I had to do was give the okay and it was all taken care of. Marc and Helena were one of two realtor teams I was required to interview as a part of my relocation package. My place sold at 99% of the listing price which was $10,000 more than what the other realtor had recommended. Obviously, I picked the right team! If I ever decide to return and buy a place in Ohio, I will definitely contact them.
