We had a great experience buying a condo with Mara’s help. She knows the market well and listens and analyzes the options with us throughout this quick transaction. She worked relentlessly with the seller’s agent to reach a win-win situation, with lots of late night and weekend calls and emails, which we are very grateful for as we are busy working professionals. Once a deal was reached, she was very patient and understanding to work through the details and she was always happy to answer our questions, which allowed us to close in a short period of time.
