She went above and beyond getting our house ready and making suggestions that turned our home into absolutely the best version. She also timed it out perfectly with the market so that we got top dollar and it closed quickly. Excellent and so knowledgeable.

I used ReeceNichols to buy my house, and ten years later I used them again to sell it as well. Mallory helped me with both, she's the best real estate agent; she doesn't pressure you, show you her opinions and she's very professional! I couldn't have asked for a better agent! Thanks Mallory!

Mallory is the absolute best!

Don't know if we should mention names, but my agent was Mallory McKamie. She helped us with our first house and our most recent purchase, the second house. This came with selling the first house and navigating some difficult timeframes to get the deals to align. It's important to note I don't like salesmen or realtors in any fashion. Their objective is very clear and most of the time their advice is misguided. That said, Mallory has become a friend to us and earned our trust early on even when we tried to find a home in the country for a low price. She gives the "real" advice which is what we are looking for. She is so personable and friendly, but also hardworking. Her attitude and personality is refreshing in that we don't have to deal with another vulcher. I can't say enough good things about her. Another important factor is her willingness to support. That sounds easy and may seem as more of a requirement, but she goes above and beyond. My wife and I travel alot and navigate difficult schedules. Being able to work out details late at night and be our advocate during the day when we are busy is very important and proved vital on this last deal. She knows where the pinch points are and makes sure we are aware and prepared. Furthermore, she takes care of all the paperwork to the best extent practical. Lastly, she understands what we value and what it takes to make a deal happen. She does her research when she's unfamiliar with something and poses alternate options. There were multiple hurdles in making our deal happen not because we didn't have the money, but because there were contractual constraints that led us to seek out other banks and various different contractors to close the deal. Thank you so much!

There were some complicated aspects to selling my home and I am very glad that I was working with Mallory McKamie. She was professional, competent and patient. If ever I have the desire to purchase property again in the Kansas City area I will use Mallory again as my agent.

I am writing this letter to recognize and thank Mallory McKamie for her exemplary customer service, expertise and willingness to go the extra mile in helping us purchase our home. Our situation was unique because my husband is in a wheelchair requiring a specific accessible layout. In addition, we needed a convenient location to healthcare, shopping, family and other resources, and we were purchasing a home from half way across the country. Mallory worked with us and our daughters to find the just right physical layout in addition to the perfect location. She demonstrated genuine customer focus and was always available for discussions and the occasional reassurance call. Mallory was the calm and yet optimistic voice of reason in a highly unpredictable real estate market. She was always available to accept our calls, texts, emails etc. I always felt we had Mallory’s undivided attention in any communication we had with her. Mallory is a knowledgeable m, skilled and caring real estate agent. I have nothing but high praises for Mallory.

Mallory is very nice and patient. She makes the buying/selling process as painless as possible. She always let us know what to expect next , which helped put us at ease!

Mallory was awesome! She was easy to work with and she was always so quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and we would be glad to work with her again!
