Mallory is so wonderful to work with. Her family has a long history with the Russian River and she really knows the area. I have had Mallory represent me as both buyer and seller and I could not be more satisfied with her dedication, energy and upbeat attitude. She's helped me find a wonderful contractor, home inspectors, plumbers and electricians. Everyone up here knows Mallory! If you are looking to buy or sell in the Russian River area, Mal's your gal!

Mallory is wonderful to work with. As a sixth generation Sonoma County native she REALLY knows the area. All of those tiny streets and hidden neighborhoods. The micro climates, the places to go and the people to know. Mallory has helped me buy a house and sell a house and her expertise and input for both searches and transactions was invaluable. She's recommended contractors, trades people and inspectors. She's helped to negotiate the smallest details and has always been available to answer questions and offer guidance. Whether you are looking to buy or sell (or both!), Mallory is the one!

Go with Mallory Lambert, you won't regret it! We spent over 2 years with the wrong realtor, meanwhile homes we loved sold out from under us and prices continued to raise in the market. Finally made the switch to a new agency, and through it to Mallory. As soon as we began working with her it became painfully clear just how incompetent our previous realtor had been and that we where finally in good hands! No joke after one weekend of viewing homes with Mallory we got the first home we put a bid on. Mallory was wonderful start to finish, she is extremely knowledgeable in her profession, knows local real estate very well, and was the perfect mix of calm to work with while being just the right amount of aggressive in negotiating the sale. She was very patient with us being first time home buyers, and never made us feel any less important or looked after then her clients working with a bigger budget. Whether your shopping for your first home, or are a veteran to buying real estate, go with Mallory, she's fantastic!

We had been home shopping long distance and Mallory was very responsive to our needs. Even with a three hour time difference, she was in constant contact lining up viewings for us on upcoming visits. She knew and understood our needs and zeroed in on multiple properties that fit them. Mallory is a long term resident of the area and that brings a wealth of knowledge and extensive, quality contact list. These contacts proved quite beneficial to us when updating some of the homes' needs. "Above and Beyond " would describe Mallory to a T. often meeting with us on short notice...or meeting with us cross-town to swap paper work or even transfer luggage on one occasion! Mallory quickly earned our trust and friendship and we look forward to being back on the west coast and sharing time with her and family

Mallory was amazingly helpful. We really didn't know where we were going to buy and she was happy to research options over a very large area and tour my son (as I live out of state) to all of them. Once we settled on the one we wanted to buy she helped us negotiate a great price and followed up even as the smoke from the Paradise fire closed schools and offices across northern California. I highly recommend her.

I can't say enough about the great efficient service Mallory provided. I recently acted as trustee of a will and needed to know a ballpark fair market value of a bequeathed property in the Rio Nido area. Sadly, there was nothing of financial gain for Ms. Lambert in helping me, but she did so anyway. She really knows the area, and was able to provide a detailed history of the property. She even corrected some misinformation I had been given. She is professional, thorough, and good at what she does. If you need a real estate agent familiar with the Russian River area, and someone who is service oriented, she is your gal.

Mallory is the real deal, a realtor who cares about finding you the right home. We didn't really know what we were doing a few years back and she literally steered us into our new home that we love more than words. Now we just like to have an occasional glass of wine with her. New house, new friend. Perfect.

Mallory is AMAZING! Best Realtor ever....
