And in the world of real estate, that is the most welcome trait. Buying a home is an exciting but also scary proposition. And Maggi understands this. She gives you a lot of information to help you make your decision easier. And if something doesn't seem right, she'll be honest and tell you immediately. She understands how the relationship is just as if not more valuable than the sale. After you use her, you'll never want to go to anyone else. What can I say about the agent that stayed with me on my house search for literally years? After I first contacted Maggie Schauble and began the search I only had a general idea of where I was looking to relocate and the type of house I wanted and it took much longer than I expected to understand both of those things. We looked at many, many houses and each tour would provide me with something I either did or did not want and every time I passed on a home Maggie would cheerily tell me it simply wasn't the right one and we would keep looking until we found it.
She always answered my questions and was honest and direct, pointing out positive features as well as anything that I should be aware of that might be an issue as we toured each home. We finally found a house that was what I wanted and within my budget and it was closed in just over a week. It has been a pleasure working with her throughout this process and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again although to be honest I have no desire to move for many years. Maggie is a fantastic realtor! She gave us clear and concise information for how to choose our listing price. When it was time to take photos for the MLS listing, she hired a professional and gave us tips on how to set up our home for the photo shoot.
