I have had the pleasure of knowing Madison Macher since high school. Little did she know when she signed up as my buyers agent that she and I would be in for a multi-year journey. It took a lot of time and patience, but Madison was there to guide me every step of the way. From figuring out what I truly want to helping me prepare multiple offers, and eventually to closing on a hidden gem in the Fourth Ward neighborhood of Charlotte. Her persistence and guidance in today's tough market is invaluable!

Madison was very thorough in her explanation of the whole purchasing process. We had such a great experience and would absolutely recommend her!! She did a great job with pulling comps, informing us ahead of time what inspections we might want and why during due diligence, and walking us through the whole closing process. We will be recommending Madison and Corcoran HM Properties to anyone who is looking to buy a house in what is one of the most competitive markets in the country. -- Olivia & Charles M
