Only one issue that could be improved on is for the seller to get more information concerning different potential buyers thoughts, concerns, even if they were negative. There were times that I just needed additional information in regards to events, showings, potential buyers situations, locations, etc.. but otherwise, great outcome with the selling of our house!

We were out of town buyers, and first-time buyers as well, and Lynn was so great at walking us through everything we should consider as we were starting to look at homes. She set up personalized searches for us, and was willing to do video tours of homes we were interested in when we couldn't get up there in person. When we were able to visit in person, Lynn dedicated a full day to lining up anywhere between 4-8 homes for us to see to maximize our time. Once we found our perfect home, Lynn was absolutely wonderful throughout the offer and negotiation parts. Throughout the entire process, we felt very cared for by Lynn and she consistently offered great advice and pointed out things we may not have seen or thought of, all while allowing us to form our own opinions as well. While we hope to be in this home a very long time, if we ever need to move, we will definitely be calling Lynn!
