Lynn was exceptional as she just completed a home purchase for my father who is relocating here from out-of-state. Lynn and I worked at a distance, but that didn't stop us from having great communication. My experience with Lynn was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better realtor to be in my corner during my selling/buying process. About 2 years ago, Lynn was referred to me by a friend for my first ever home purchase. It was a townhome and obviously not my forever home. As a novice home buyer, Lynn was very responsive and thorough for all of the questions I had. Lynn told me it was a good buy and that I would do well when it was time to sell. Wow was she right! Fast forward to now, my townhome had greatly appreciated in value and I decided it was time for a larger home and nice backyard for my dog. I called Lynn who very quickly found the perfect home. However, we had a very small time frame to sell my townhome and close on the new home. She worked hard in helping me to stage the townhome for pictures and after listing the home we received an offer much higher than the asking price in less than 24 hours.
