Lynn Drum Lanyon obtained her real estate license in 1998, shortly after graduating from the University of Texas. Since then she has helped multiple clients buy and sell homes in Preston Hollow, the Park Cities, and surrounding neighborhoods.  “I started off representing friends, which led to repeat business and referrals to friends of friends,” said Lynn, who was named her broker’s “Rookie of the Year.” Lynn continues to have a referral-based business.   For some years, her husband’s career took the Lanyons to Chicago, London and Stockholm before coming back home to Dallas.  While living in Chicago, Lynn earned a Certificate in Interior Design from Harrington College of Design and managed an upscale showroom at the Merchandise Mart.   Lynn and her family now live in the same neighborhood she grew up in and her two sons attend her and her husband’s alma mater, The Episcopal School of Dallas.      Lynn relies on her diverse experiences to help clients maximize success in the sale of their property and in finding the home of their dreams. She is a straightforward communicator and strong negotiator who puts her clients first. “I find success and satisfaction when my clients achieve their-end goal, whether that is facilitating a successful transaction or finding the ideal neighborhood my clients will call home.  It’s my passion to make this happen.”
