It was a pleasure to work wi th Lynn and Jennifer. They were professional, considerate, caring and they did everything possible to sell my house. They are exceptionally nice ladies. I would highly recommend them to potential home sellers.
Jennifer has gone above and beyond in working with me. She truly made the process much easier. Her knowledge of Saddlebrooke was reason I contacted her and I am very happy I did. Great Job!!
It was a fast and efficient transaction but probably at a cost to the seller. With 5 offers within 24 hours of listing and at or over asking price, I have to ask : did I get good value for the property? But other than that, I have no complaints.
Lynn and Jennifer proved to be attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They know their market and it showed! For anyone planning on selling or buying a home in Saddlebrooke, we would highly recommend Lynn and Jennifer with Long Realty!
Lynn was wonderful to work with in every way. I enjoyed her passion and dedication to the details during the entire journey of locating our home and closing, Lynn continues to be thoroughly caring and invested in our arriving to saddlebrook and settling in. We could not be more pleased than we are!
Lynn Slaten went above and beyond my expectations. She and Jennifer behaved more like best friends in helping me with the purchase of my house. Even after the sale was complete, they were there for deliveries and checking on utilities in my absence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Broker knows the market place, learned some new issues relative to higher end priced homes. She was always available to respond to questions or issues and promptly executed documents or got necessary information to the client. Acted professionally despite some unique hurdles posed by opposite parties.
We so appreciate the excellent service with Lynn Slaten and her team at Long Realty. Lynn was so helpful in advising us through the whole process and it was great to work with such an experienced team of professionals.
We would highly recommend Lynn Slaten and Long Realty!
