I have been through the buying and selling process quite a few times in the past seven years (buying three times, selling twice), and I must say that working with Lynda was by far the best experience I've ever had during what is a very stressful process. Of note, John Gillespie of Sibcy Cline was also present and available during our home-buying process. I moved from North Carolina (Charlotte) to Cincinnati for work relatively blindly. I was fortunate enough to work with Lynda and John through a recommendation from my prospective employer to help navigate Cincinnati's very tenuous and hot real estate market. While their knowledge, kindness, and patience were second-to-none, Lynda and John took many hours out of their extremely busy schedules to tour the city and spend some time in various neighborhoods...without really even having any "money on the table" for lack of a better term. I think this is rare and demonstrates Lynda and John's incredible integrity, passion, and sense of responsibility for their work.
