Over the past 7-8 months, our family has worked with Lynda when she represented the seller on the purchase our new home, which we closed escrow on in late January, 2026, as well as having her represent us on the sale of our former Winter Garden home, which just closed at the end of June, 2026.
From the moment we met Lynda (as a selling agent), she was, and has always been, kind, personable, genuine, and forthcoming, while being professional and helpful in any way she can. She always made us feel heard, seen, and understood. She does her very best to share communications between buyers and sellers in an upbeat, knowledgable way, while always being willing to say she will find out any information she might not have readily available.
She tries to make herself available at any hour, even at times that might seem less reasonable outside of "extended" business hours, even in a business that doesn't always have set hours. Lynda was more than generous with her time in allowing us to take the time we needed to see our new home, more than a few times, and made the buying process, even in the absence of a buyer's agent (we used a real estate lawyer), a far more pleasant process than many seem to experience.
It was for all these reasons that we decided to ask Lynda to represent us in the sale of our higher-end home in Winter Garden. We spent time collaborating and discussing, everything from how her amazing ideas to market the home could be incorporated into an overall marketing plan with Sotheby's, not just "another sale" that would be thrown on MLS.
Lynda is incredibly thoughtful about how she approaches dealing with people, and made us feel assured that, even if an unrepresented buyer were to come along (as we had been previously), that she would have our best interests at heart in her professional dealings with others.
Even when Lynda was out of town, she stayed in contact, and did her best to coordinate things here when issues arose, working with her team to create as smooth a process as possible, making herself available whenever possible, reassuring us throughout the process, and always assuming ultimate responsibility as the listing agent for our home being sold.
Personally, it was further reassuring that Lynda is an upbeat, genuine, positive person, whose energy is contagious. She not only is an expert in her field (clearly), but her approach to business, and in dealing with different personalities and potential buyers and sellers with different business skillsets, is remarkable. She seems to have a resource for everything home-related, and doesn't ever say, "I don't know, I can't help you with that." Quite the opposite, her answer is always, "I will find out for you," and she DOES. Not only is she quite the valuable resource of all things home-related, and those who know much about them, but she follows up, and truly cares, about if the information or resource she provided was valuable, or if further assistance might be necessary.
Many real estate agents have varying skillsets, and some excel in certain areas, while others are more proficient in others. But one thing that is nice about working with Lynda is that she doesn't pretend to be someone or something she is not - she is genuine - and as such, there is no pretense when working with, and counting on her. What you see is what you get, which is a caring, skilled real estate professional, who truly cares about people, not just business.
Lynda's efforts allowed our home to go pending in under 2 weeks. And most importantly, it was as the result of a strong collaboration between her and our family. She listens better than most, she cares more than most, and she knows her strengths, and when to reach out to others for support in various areas, to bring together a very strong team approach, while always being honest and up front. That is a rarity, not only in real estate, but in business... or in life, these days.
As a result of all of her amazing qualities coming together over the past 7-8 months, we are very pleased to have sold our former home, in relatively short order, and are now the proud owners of our beautiful "forever home," where our family is also fortunate to be neighbors with Lynda, and we have had the pleasure of getting to know her as a friend, as well.
You really couldn't ask for a better real estate agent, or a better person to be friends and neighbors with... and we feel grateful that we have been, and will continue to be, fortunate to experience all of those qualities in working with, and getting to know her.
