Over a 12 year period, I have purchased four properties and sold 2 with Lydia as my agent. Each time she has made me money based on her understanding of the market and her negotiation skills. Most recently I sold a house in Everett. She coached me on specific upgrades to do on the property. It wasn't much. She also coached me on exact timing to put it on the market. I paid close attention and I think the $3k in upgrades I did and the specific timing we chose increased my sale price by $40k compared to what it would have been. She is experienced and knows the market. 6 months ago I was trying to buy a new construction that was stretching my finances to the max. During closing there were some hiccups on the closing that caused a delay in closing and the builder really started to use aggressive negotiating tactics. They were threatening to pull out of the deal if I didn't give them more money. Things were really dicey for a week there. It was stressful. Lydia kept me up to date on the situation but get me emotionally isolated from the situation. In the end, she navigated the hard negotiated tactics and despite a delay on my end that cost the builder money based on the loan they had for the construction I did not lose anything on my end. She is a tough negotiator.

Lydia was fantastic! I relocated from Redmond, WA to Tacoma, WA-looking to downsize and be closer to the grandkids.. Lydia was referred to me by the agent who sold my house. I was not familiar with the Tacoma area so Lydia was great in helping me get to know the different areas. I would pick out homes that looked great online and since Redmond is a good hour to an hour and a half from Tacoma she would first go and video tour the outside of the homes and even the street/neighborhood and sometimes the alleys to give me a better understanding of the homes area. If I liked the area she would then video tour the inside of the home. This was VERY helpful as not to waste a lot of time driving to a home or area I would not like. After finding and making an offer with multiple bids-I won it! She was great with ALL the paperwork and available to help with anything I didn't understand. Thank you Lydia!!
