She was great on explaining what the housing market was in the area, how other houses the were being sold in the area compared to ours and the reasoning and explanation for the different home sale prices that were listed. She is very knowledgeable of the housing market in the area, the sale methods and the sale strategies for a successful sale. We signed the Listing Agreement on March 9th and had multiple offers from the Open House she hosted on March 12th and received and signed a Sale Contract on March 22nd.
