Lucia is a thorough professional and it was a pleasure working with her during our home purchase process. She was able to understand exactly what we needed and given that this was our first home purchase, she was able to provide all the correct advice we needed throughout the process. She was also  patient and quick to respond to all our questions. I would strongly recommend working with Lucia

Lucia Dlugacz is...amazing. From the start, her concern was to find a home that fit us, and not just to show us listing after listing. She is a tireless worker, with a sharp eye for detail and for the overall picture. Lucia stayed with us through every step of the home-buyng process, making it seem  entirely seamless for us. I've worked with several realtors over the years, and I can say with no hesitation whatsoever, Lucia Dlugacz is head and shoulders above the rest.

When I relocated to NJ and needed help with a fast rental prior to starting to shop to buy, Lucia was the only realtor out of five who was responsive in returning my calls, knowledgeable about the areas and went above and beyond to help me get settled into the area. Now that we are discussing home  sales, it is clear that her experience extends past just knowing the area and encompasses all of the critical business aspects associated with purchasing. She is honorable, clearly represents me which is sometimes difficult to find in a realtor as many only represent the sale, she is highly responsive to all requests, and is a pleasure to work with making the whole process less stressful.

Lucia went above and beyond for us. Moving from out of the area she was a huge help in not only finding the area we wanted to be in but extremely patient with the showings and our availability. Will be calling her again!!
