Lucas orchestrated a very stress free and smooth deal that closed without any problems. I had complete trust in him as my agent and let him hand pick a team of lawyers and loan officers that made every effort to close on my home quickly and efficiently. Everyone he recommended exceeded expectation and helped tremendously, I even saved hundreds if not thousands using the team he put together with their expertise and industry knowledge. If you’re ever buying or selling a home I’d highly recommend using Lucas as your agent as he’s well versed on all aspects of real estate.
This is the second time I’ve used Curasi Realty to sell a property and I was not disappointed at all. Lucas was extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you Curasi Realty for another successful sale. These folks know what they are doing and get it done quickly.
1st time renting in years, never used a real estate agent before. If I ever have to do it again I would request Lucas or find out where he works. I would recommend Lucas to family, friends, etc. or anyone with real estate needs. Exceptional professionalism at all times.
