Lorraine went above and beyond to find the perfect home for me. We must have looked @ 30 or more homes. The most important testimony is she never gave up helping me find my house. Will highly recommend Lorraine to anyone in the area looking to relocate.

Lorraine is the best realtor I have ever worked with! I went through several realtors on my home search experience, before finding Lorraine. For the most part, my experiences with previous realtors were not that great. Either they weren't available to show a home in a hot market, or I just felt like they weren't working on my behalf. That is definitely not the case with Lorraine. She has always made herself available to show a home and will be working for your best interest. She is also very knowledgeable in the buying/selling process. I have bought a house with Lorraine and sold one, and I wouldn't use anyone else. Not only is she a great realtor, but she has also become a friend.

This was my first time buying a house. I was nervous, and worried about everything I would be dealing with. But with Lorraine, she made it a breeze. She always kept me up to date on everything, and made me aware of things to keep an eye out for. At times when I would get worried or overwhelmed, she was the voice of reassurance that I needed. She kept me going, and even checked in from time to time to see how I was doing. Other reasons that she was great, were that she has many connections in the area. She was able to get me some great prices on other things that were involved with closing. If you are looking for someone who can be your guide and make a difficult task, a very smooth experience, I suggest Lorraine! And if I ever sell my new house, I'll be going back to her because she's someone I couldn't have done this without!

Lorraine’s desire is to have the client get the right house or the best sale, not just to make a sale so she gets a commission. I trust her completely. I appreciate all the things she does that she doesn’t have to and her patience with me. I recommend her to all and I will never use another realtor.

I had met with other realtors but her knowledge and expertise over the others was very impressive. We walked through the house and she informed me as to what I would have do to the house to get the price I was hoping for. The day it went on the market I had back to back showings and by that evening had three offers on the table, one of which was accepted. Lorraine then continued to help me understand and get through the inspections and appraisal process, staying 'on top' of it all the entire time. I think her knowledge of the market, and pricing the house right, was the reason for the quick sale. It was a pleasure working with Lorraine and I would highly recommend her to others.

Lorraine assisted us in the purchase of our first home. At the beginning we were nervous about the process, but Lorraine's knowledge and experience really helped alleviate that stress and uncertainty. She was flexible, responsive, enjoyable to work with, and fought hard for our best interests. I'm not sure what more we could have asked for. I particularly impressed with Lorraine's ability to adapt to our requests. There were times we wanted to see houses that didn't fit the mold of what we had initially described to her, but she quickly got a feel for what we were really looking for and didn't hesitate to drive to all ends of Knoxville to help us find the right home. When it came time for negotiations she kept us calm through some rough patches and went above and beyond to keep the deal afloat.
