As a client, law school graduate, real estate investor, and successful financial entrepreneur, it is without hesitation that I can offer my support of Lois Rutigliano, a realtor who has represented my wife and myself in a recent transaction in the Fort Lauderdale area market. I offer this based upon the following specific observations in our dealings:
Her knowledge of the community, law, and best practices are equal to or greater than others I have encountered. My wife and I had a somewhat complex real estate portfolio comprised of various investment and personal properties and thus we have had ample opportunity to work with a variety of realtors in the buying, renting, and selling of dozens of properties over a 20+ year period. Lois has proven that she holds her own in response to every aspect of our needs for knowledge and abilities. When something proved to be temporarily beyond her ability to personally solve, she never hesitated to find a resource that could respond in an appropriate and helpful manner. Her relationships with and management of settlement, financing, legal, insurance, and trade personnel have also proven to be extremely helpful and necessary in the closing of our transaction.
Her ethics, compassion and caring are evident in all her dealings. It is important to us in our business dealings that our reputation be protected and our wishes for fair dealing be fulfilled. Lois has never hesitated to observe our wishes with the sensitivity that we demand and has demonstrated honor and respect for our desire to preserve our integrity. Her client dealings are much more than a mere commission to her, and she has evidenced that she is cultivating her business acumen for the long term.
She listened carefully and complied with our needs and desires as a client. In the end Lois knows that her client is the boss. Yet she has demonstrated an ability to utilize her specific knowledge gently but firmly for the benefit of all. Listening in business is an art, responding to what is heard in a meaningful and purposeful way is a rare skill. She demonstrates both aptly.
We understand in today’s market there are low budget, self-service alternatives to her services but are firmly of the belief that you get what you pay for. In the case of Lois, we have consistently achieved top-shelf service at a fair price. But most importantly in a real estate transaction one must remember that it is foolish to measure value strictly based upon the cost of the realtor’s service; rather it is our desire to assess performance based upon our overall return when the transaction is complete, and the wire transfers are made. Lois abilities to efficiently manage the entire transactional cost through closing have proven to be not only appropriate but at times astounding. We are simply overjoyed with our new home and the guidance that Lois provided to see that our transaction was successful. It is certainly hard to argue that this cannot be considered exemplary performance.
Thus, for these and other reasons too numerous to fully enumerate it is my pleasure to offer my unqualified endorsement of her skills, abilities, and professionalism.
