I had Logan as my agent through a reference. I was very nervous about selling my house that I had lived in for thirty years. Logan came in and at our first meeting, I knew she was the person that I wanted to be my agent. She made me feel comfortable, I lost the nervousness and everything went well. It had two contracts on it only after two days. Thirty days later I closed on the house. It was unbelievable how quickly and how smoothly everything happened. Everytime I needed Logan for anything, even a few of tears took over, she was there. I would recommend her for anyone needing a professional to sell their home. If I move again, she will be my contact. Such a great person and experience.
