We have worked with Liz twice now - to purchase our first home, a townhouse, in 2013 and then to sell that home and buy a single family home this past year (2017).Liz is everything you could ask for in a realtor. She's honest, upfront, generous with her time, knowledgeable, and always responsive. We both have heavy schedules, and so were grateful to work with someone who is deeply in tune with the market, and on top of sharing properties we might be interested in. To top it off, we feel we were very successful in negotiating great deals both in sale and purchase of our homes.There are a few things I'd highlight about Liz that make her special as an agent, beyond what I already mentioned:1. She is patient: she answered every one of our questions (sometimes twice!) and helped us be patient during a stressful time.2. She moves quickly: I e-mailed Liz about a property I found that had just come on the market and within the hour we had an appointment to see it that same day. We live in that house now :)  I firmly believe it's because we had the chance to make our move before others did.3. She is transparent with her clients (and everyone she works with): Liz always left us feeling, both during buying and selling, that she was truly invested in what was best for us. She spoke up if she felt something was off, and it was never about getting the thing done for the sake of it, always about advocating for us.We were so grateful to have Liz as our partner and representative for what is often such a difficult process. We were thrilled with the experience and we love our house. While I certainly don't anticipate moving again any time soon, if I did, there's only one person I would call. I would (and do) recommend her to anyone.
