Yall we just sold our house in Zebulon, it was a journey. Long story short we were selling because we were divorcing. We used Liz Mordecai from Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty, and let me tell you she was amazing. She stuck it out when I’m pretty sure anyone else would have not, she helped us increase an offer by 20k back to asking price! At one point because of selling from a distance she had our lawn mowed. Her communication was always super efficient, she texted back immediately, she sent a text/call if there was a document needing to be signed. She had the most empathy, and kindness when dealing with our situation and I always felt like she was on our team. If you’re looking to buy/sell a home, she was absolutely incredible.
