Our family relocated to Charlotte in the summer of 2014, so my husband could begin his general surgery residency at CMC Main. Although we were only planning to rent during our first year here, Liz was patient with me over the phone and helped me to make sense of our specific needs. In March 2014, during a whirlwind first visit to Charlotte, Liz organized a tour of 7 different homes and neighborhoods. Her willingness to go above and beyond was amazing to me, especially considering I was 5 months pregnant and had my 2-year old son and 15 month old in tow. Liz found the perfect rental home for our family and followed up with us a few months later when our youngest child was born. In January 2015, we began thinking about buying a home and contacted Liz. This is when Liz really showed us her immense patience and kindness. With three very young children, my full-time work schedule, and my husband's resident work schedule, Liz was essentially the only one looking seriously for our next home. She did not give up on us, but diligently searched and recommended only those homes that were listed in our desired price range, location, and style. Liz is a highly attentive and energetic agent and, although we know that was not the case, she treated us like we were her only clients. She returned all phone calls and emails immediately and made every effort to accommodate our crazy schedule. She understands the needs of young families, especially those with busy schedules. She knows Charlotte like the back of her hand and nothing escapes her when it comes to property for sale or rent in the area.
